[Everything doTERRA] Re: Missionary oil advice

Carolyn,
Excited for your boy to thrive in Eastern Europe!
Balance for grounding after flights and in calming down after high stress or emotion situations
Lavender for burns, disinfecting and promoting healing of cuts and wounds, sleep & calming support
Helichrysum to seal up a wound after disinfecting with lavender- some call it stitches in a bottle
Melaleuca for rashes or skin irritations
On Guard for sore throat or to avoid a cold
Breathe- directly on chest to support and strengthen lungs
Peppermint- nauseu, digestion, constipation, and cooling his body temperature
On Guard+- protection & offense when the body is comprimised
terrazyme- for support digesting new foods

So happy for you!
lots of love,
Natalie

I'm about to send my son to Eastern Europe for a 2 year mission, and I need help figuring which oils to send with him.  He's a believer in OnGuard, for sure, but not totally hip on using other oils. He has consented to let me include some oils with tips on how to use them in his first aid kit, though.  I'm thinking of lavender for burns...but what else?

My brain is a bit (?) fried with all the stress and excitement of him leaving, so I kinda need some help with this.

What are the 5 or six oils you would send with your son and why?

I will be including the new OnGuard and DigestZen softgels...

Thank you all!
Carolyn
