I'm trying to remember when my kids were back this age but hardball movements are usually because there's not enough vegetables in the diet....excellent source of protein.if there's no nut allergies a small handful of nuts are also good to hold them over
My thought would be if you could send her in with a homemade salad maybe cut in small pieces that she could eat at daycare for lunch.
Also if there's any way that you could make a homemade "smoothie" ...I'm trying to suggest if you make your own homemade juicespace you could sendcould send in your own homemade juice so the fiber is in there as well.
if you're wondering where the protein is there's lots of protein in fresh fruits and vegetables, green vegetables in particular. I hope this helps
and I cut up grapes apples carrots broccoli whatever they like is also awesome to snack on in the morning and afternoon.
Our dentist steered us away from any type of fruit juice because it is very bad on their teeth. And there's very little nutrition and the fruit juices that you buy at the store.
