I don't know if there are any tells that GX is working but oregano
is pretty powerful so I would think it is. The key is to make diet
changes after taking it to keep you healthy like limiting sugar and
processed foods, especially white flour, white rice, etc.
Increase your water intake and add some lemon oil to it. (65% of
your body weight in ounces of water daily). Put a drop of frankincense
on a pad or just your underwear to help with the tear/bleeding a couple
times a day.
You can use digestzen as much as you like, internally and topically
on your belly button with FCO. Rosemary with FCO on your belly button
usually works well to if you have it.
