[Everything doTERRA] Multiple questions

I feel like I air my medical complaints here, but you are all so helpful!

I am on the LLV and GX Assist.  How do I know if the GX is working or helping  in any way?  I am going to do an extra day then move to PB.

Next question, I have been having severe constipation issue, which have caused tears and bleeding.  Any suggestions on how to resolve this?  I have been taking extra fiber, but I am past the 7 days it recommends, along with the other problem.  I have used Digest-zen 2x so far today.  Any other help would be greatly appreciated.
