I totally with you on this VERY IMPORTANT list.
I also will add IMMEDIATELY with first sign, that something wrong with you or somebody around you are not feeling well.
I think oils are WORKING GREAT. We just need to be aggressive and consistent.
I found out, that very warm water or tea (but not hot) with drop of Slim and Sassy works great when I feel sick.
Try it.

Now let me explain about each flu or cold having different strains. So different oils are sometimes needed. If you use a bomb for 24 hours and you are worse instead of better then you need to re evaluate what you are taking. Hopefully you can muscle test for the oils and see what your body needs.
