If you have a garden variety cold then use the bomb, there are many variations out there but this one works well,
5 drops Oregano, 4 drops each of OnGuard, Frankincense and Wild Orange. If you have a bad cough use Thyme in place of OnGuard. If its not working them muscle test the oils and see what works best for you.

Now let me explain about each flu or cold having different strains. So different oils are sometimes needed. If you use a bomb for 24 hours and you are worse instead of better then you need to re evaluate what you are taking. Hopefully you can muscle test for the oils and see what your body needs.
