Well I have a neighbor that thinks that I am crazy with all of my health crazy things…however…I told them about the oils and they are interested. They told me that if I could give them something to help his vocal cord inflammation then they would REALLY be interested. So I'm asking for help. He has been to an ENT because he lost his voice for a while and even did a biopsy to make sure it wasn't cancer. The biopsy came back negative and it was said that he has inflammation on the throat. He has been on many rounds of steroids and antibiotics. He can talk now, however, he can't sing and he normally has a nice voice and enjoys singing..etc. My question is what can I have him try? His throat isn't sore nor has it even bothered him. Just the voice part. They told him that the inflammation is at the bottom of his voice box and is pretty large. They told him he may never be able to sing again.
I see that Frankincense is good for inflammation, as well as oregano, melaleuca, lavender…etc.
infection for throat says lemon, on guard, peppermint, oregano..etc.
laryngitis- frankincense, thyme, lavender…aromatically…they don't have a diffuser. hmmm…
I have some capsules now and a few more oils.
recommendations? I feel like I have 1 shot…so hoping for the best options. :)
Thanks!
Angela
