Re: [Everything doTERRA] toddler digestive issues

In my experience, DigestZen os a terrific oil for anything digestive. For a toddler, you would only need a tiny amount mixed with FCO, a drop or less. I would tip the bottle on my finger, then add FCO and use that vs a whole drop. Someone please correct me if Im wrong; I only know what has worked for me. For the watery bowels, I'm not sure which oil.

Do you mind telling me what drops they put him on or what doTerra oils might be similar. I have a friend whos daughter is going through the same thing and the doctors are not having any success in helping her.

I am so sorry!  That is a really hard thing to watch your child go through.
My nephew had some severe digestive issues from 2 months until 2 years - and
they couldn't figure out anything that was wrong with him.  They even wanted
to do exploratory surgery on him just to figure out what was wrong.  They
took him to a naturopath who, through testing, discovered that the cause was
from immunizations he received at 2 months.  He was about 19 lbs at 2 years
of age, and couldn't keep any food down at all.  He was in constant pain.
They put him of homeopathic drops and within 2 months he was a totally
different child.  No problems since, and he is a strong 9 year old.  I don't
know your specific history - but I just thought I would throw this
information out.
Also - I would guess that a pro-biotic would be very helpful in this case as
well.
Good Luck - and I hope you are able to find the cause soon!

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] toddler digestive issues

My almost 3 year old daughter has had a lot of digestive issues in her
short life. About every 4-6 months we go through a stretch of days
(this time we are at the 2 week mark) where she vomits all night, and
has very watery bowels. She seems fine once we get into the early
afternoon and into the rest of the day. But as soon as night comes she
is sick again. By the looks of her throw up she is not digesting well.
and there is no food, only liquid, in her bowel movements. I am
afraid, she is getting weaker, and the Drs do not know what to do. We
have treated her for pin worm this last weekend, but she is still
violently ill.

please help!
