What is the ratio of drops to water? I tried the one recommending rosemary in one cup of water but I used two cups and even diluted that much, it burned!

FYI - AromaTools sells nasal inhalers. It is a tube with a round tip. You insert a pad that you scent with the oils of your choice. It comes with a lid. I like to use this with my small children for their allergies and nasal issues. I have used it mainly with the allergy shot - lavender, lemon and peppermint.

 

I also have success adding oils to the neti-pot. rosemary and frankincense. I also have done the allergy shot blend in the neti pot. I use only 1 drop of each oil.
