Inform her about the oils and make a suggestion of rubbing the entire arm with either of these protocols:

1. Deep Blue Rub
2. Aroma Touch with carrier oil

Frankincense would be a great addition to either of these suggestions due to its powerful anti inflammatory properties.

A friend badly broke her arm in a few places and it was in a cast.  Now that the cast has been removed, her arm cannot hang straight and the muscles are frozen and there's scar tissue around the muscles resulting from the surgery.  Her elbow is still swollen, which impedes range of motion and physical therapy, and she has constant pain from rehab and at home exercises. It's been a few weeks and she's still struggling with the inflammation. Has anyone had experience with this and know what to do?  She is unfamiliar with oils, and I was thinking maybe Frankincense, but am afraid to mention it unless I feel pretty sure it will work, due to the price; I don't want her to think I'm just trying to sell her something.  She lives out of state so I'm unable to help her in person.
