Re: [Everything doTERRA] elderly parent issues

In addition to the oils make sure she is drinking plenty of good quality water or eating some raw fruits.  Most elderly people don't drink enough and then the toxins concentrate and make everything worse.  A colonic would make her feel better almost instantly too. All food should be taken with enzymes so for us that is Terrazyme.  DigestZen and Zendocrine oils come to mind if she is able to apply it daily to the liver.

Reading this is a good lesson for us all to stay off meds. So sad. So preventable.

Hi everyone,
So another friend has an elderly parent who has several issues.  I
would love to hear what you all would recommend.  I did some
recommendations for her based on the Modern Essentials book.  But I
would love to hear what the more experienced doTerra users and IPC's
think:)

Hello, My mother is 86 years old and suffers from arthritis, pinched
nerve pain in her hip, extreme nausea and vomiting, lack of appetite,
and weakness. Also constipation and insomnia. Many of these are side
affects of medications. My first question is what are your
recommendations?

Thanks
Leila
