I don't know about an oil but I have heard of people using MSM (a sulfur compound derived from rainwater) for sagging skin.

Having lost 100lb + I have been left with saggy skin and it is the
worst at the tops of my thighs, under my arms and tummy. I know it
will never go back to the way it was but does anyone have suggestions
on oils that will help tighten it or appear more tight?
