I asked the very same question to a doTERRA rap on the phone, she could not explain why products were being taxed to Oregon State when we do not have a sales tax and are tax exempt on all products from other states except for food, gasoline etc.
I purchased from lots of people all over the country and AM never charge tax by any of them because of where I live so it does not make any sense and she was unable to explain
