[Everything doTERRA] Re: Iron Levels High

Hi Diana- Here's a link that gives you info about iron-rich foods.  Perhaps by comparing your current food intake against the list will help you decide which and how to make the adjustments, if any. Here it is: http://www.webmd.com/diet/iron-rich-foods. The article also mentions how to improve absorption of iron.  In your case, you have high iron level so maybe do the opposite as suggested in the article?
It is a good idea to continue the Zendocrine protocol on a daily basis, at least while your issue remains unresolved, to make sure the liver is in good shape.
Some people use iron skillet a lot and according to this question and answer article one can get iron from the cast iron skillet, too. See http://goaskalice.columbia.edu/does-cooking-cast-iron-pots-and-pans-add-iron-our-food.
Lastly, it is my opinion that your present level is not that high.  Yes, do something but don't stress out.  Okay?

Recently went to the doctors for my annual physical.  Great exam!  I had been hypothyroid, but had started the protocol of 2 drops neat each of clove, myrrh, lemongrass and peppermint on the thyroid and the reflexology point. My doc says my levels are wonderful!  Great - however, one small black mark on my bloodwork: my iron levels are high at 177 when it should be between 35-155. Besides the oils mentioned above, my daily regiment consists of 2 drops Frank under the togue, 1 drop balance on the big toe, 1 phytoestrogen, 2 bone support, 2 terrazymes, 1 PB, and 3 each of the LLV.  Any suggestions on what to do to control the iron?  Thanks in advance!!
