Rubbing a few drops right over the heart. They have tried 3 different ones: bergamot, black pepper and melissa. Sometimes they only need one oil, sometimes you need 2.
My sister also does emotion code and body code work to see if there are any underlying reasons for the rapid heart beat. Many times the practitioner will find panic or despair that has been triggered by a past event. Releasing these also helps the heart calm down. This work along with the oils keeps her from going to the hospital emergency room.
