We did try In Tune, Balance, and Vetiver a few years back twice daily to help with his ADHD. He spent the summer with me and I made sure he used them, but I did not notice any difference. He did not like the smell of the In Tune and neither did I! He used them for a good four months before stopping.we also used Serenity when he got angry, but again I couldn't see that it helped much. Haven't tried lavender. Sz
