I'm thinking some Immortelle on the outside upper lip might give some relief. That, or helichrysum to help heal the wound faster and relieve some of the nerve sensitivity? Immortelle was fabulous for me after given birth. I had a slight tear, and had my midwife spray it several times in the first few hours after birth. Really removed the discomfort from the torn skin.
