[Everything doTERRA] 1) migraines and llv. 2) trachea inflamation

My husband has had severe migraines for more than 20 years. We have tried the different oil recommendations to no avail. Earlier this year I asked him to try the LLV. He only took them for three days before quitting because he had a bad migraine each day (he took one each). I just asked him to try them again because I keep reading that they have helped many with their migraines. This time he started by only taking one of the Micro Plex VMz for a week and then added one of the vEO Mega and finally the Alpha CRS+. As soon as he added the last one he started getting daily migraines. I cut them in half and the migraines continued. He stopped taking only that one and the daily migraines stopped. Should he try to add them again later or just hope taking the other two will help?

I have had a terrible cough for almost two years. I was treated for bronchitis, but the cough continued. Also given steroids which didn't help either. This summer someone suggested I wipe lime oil across the top of my foot near the toes. It actually seemed to help for awhile. Then the cough got worse again. I had a bronchoscopy done a few months ago and was told my lungs were full of mucus and I was inflamed. The lab tests came back negative for any infection. I just went to see another lung specialist who wanted to do another bronchoscopy himself. He had a suspician which proved to be valid. Apparently, my trachea is not rigid so every time I cough it collapses which doesn't allow the mucus to exit which then makes me need to cough again. At the same time, when it collapses it hits the other side of the trachea which then keeps it inflamed. I watched the video and it was clear that it happens every time. So the more I cough the worse it gets. He believes my years of reflux have damaged the trachea and that is probably irreversible. His only thoughts are for me to use a mask (I am assuming a CPAP) at night which will force the trachea to remain open and hopefully over time the cough will get better. I have to say that I am not 100% sure this is what he said because I live in Italy and my Italian isn't the best! My question is are there oils who could help keep the inflamation down even though there is constant irritation to the trachea? I have tried even prescription cough suppresants that have not helped. I really could use a break from the constant coughing as well as my husband having to hear it!

If you have any ideas for either of us please be specific. Suggesting I use an oil without telling me how to use it will not help me. Thanks, Sz
