Keep in mind that brain injuries take time to heal. Also use extra omega's for maintaining brain function. I would suggest taking Frankincense internally, 3 drops a day. White Fir and Bergamot are good trauma oils also. And if you are not using supplements you might want to make that part of your plan, and add the mito2max to your daily protocol to pick up your energy level.

I hit my head on concrete two weeks ago. No fracture or bleed (had CT scan a week later because headaches were pretty bad). Headaches have subsided a bit. Biggest problems are lack of concentration and overall weakness. I've been using frankincense daily both internally, on brain acupressure points on big toes, and back of neck/jaw. I'm also using balance daily too. Any other suggestions?--
