How does everyone handle sales tax reporting to your state (if you're a registered corporation) if you're already paying the sales tax to doTERRA? Do you file it as 'paid' but through doTERRA?

Any time I have ordered from Partylite, Tupperware, etc, the shipping is always taxed. I do not seem to be taxed on my shipping (to Michigan) on my doTERRA orders (this is only my 3rd, 2nd LRP), which i found nice for once :)

Some of my team members have asked why doTERRA charges sales tax on shipping and on enrollment fees. They say no other company they've worked with does this. Is there something about the laws in Utah that makes it necessary to do this? Does anyone know?
