Re: [Everything doTERRA] LLV PRENATAL DOSAGE-----FULL OR NOT?

If unable to take a full does of LLV then the intake of folic acid is not as high as it's supposed to be. You may want to consider adding a folic acid tell you can get your dose up while your not on a full dose. My current midwife explained that it's like the zipper supplement so the baby gets everything zipped up.

Another thing I like to use while I'm having a hard time getting all my vitimins in is red raspberry tea & nettles tea mixed. I buy it in bulk, my 2 previous midwives had me drinking a lot of it and I've found the quality is better by far then in box teas. They told me it is high in vitamins and minerals that are great for nourishing you & baby and I've found it's helped reduce nausea for me as many others have found. It's also sad to be a tonic for the uterus and all things feminine.

I highly recommend the pregnacy book by Stephanie Fritz. She recommends a full does of LLV. I found I have had to eat more with my vitimins while pregnate and that helps with not getting indigestion. Use your judgment & inspiration. Stephanie has tons of tips and tricks and why what helps info too. TeraZyme was huge for me in my first trimester.

Congratulations!
Heather
