This came from Dr Pappas and it does make sense. He talked about how most allergens have protein and the oils do not. You might want to check out aromatic science.com and see if that talk could be there for your perusal.
The sensitivity is very real and seems like allergies but the oil should be avoided until such time as the person has done a cleanse which help the body accept the oil.

What should/could be done for lavender allery? Could it be related to other areas like the liver or unhealthy flora ? Seems like if these or others were cleansed & built up the allergy would go away. Healthy immune=no allergies.
