There are so many protocols out there, and I know many are not blended in the correct order. Where is the best place to learn more about putting oils in bottles without cancelling oils out. Is there a simple book ???. Here is an example of a protocol I would like to use.Diuretic for Fluid in Legs. Obviously, the recipe given does not start with the base note as it should. If someone would message me via email, I would appreciate any help. I live in NE, so going to a blending class is not an option.
