Does anyone have experience with taking bergamot internally? Taken internally, is it helpful with depression and the other emotional benefits? Or for the healing of the emotions and pms, is it best topically (pms seems to be my challenge)? Currently, I am taking one drop bergamot and two drops lemon internally, with a drop or two of the bergamot topically on the wrist. Also using Balance and Clarycalm (both wonderful -- especially Balance), topically, of course.
