At the first sign of a cold sore I alternate with lavender and melaleuca every hour. By doing this it is gone in about 2-3 days. It's a pain to do it every hour but you must stay on top of it. Hope you feel better quickly.--

It seemed to be working fine and then on day three I woke up with my upper lip swollen to three times what it should be. By noon the swelling had gone down a lot and I didn't put anything on it til bedtime and then applied a little Frankincense. Ugh, this morning it is huge again. I am not going to apply or take oils internally until I get some direction.Thank you
