[Everything doTERRA] Using oils while breastfeeding

If you struggle with anxiety and depression the best way to use oils is aromatically. If you have a diffuser you can diffuse throughout the day if necessary. If you don't have a diffuser you can apply some to your hand and cup and inhale. I personally do not believe that this approach will affect your baby negatively. It may have a positive impact on the baby since he/she will also smell the oils. Also, babies are highly intuitive. They know when you are anxious and it affects them. Calming yourself will be very beneficial for both of you.
As for other oils, I think it varies from baby to baby. If you take a particular oil internally and you baby is visibly affected by it, then just know not to use that oil again while breast feeding.
I would personally choose not to cleanse during this time.
