The diet does work, but you need to have a plan as to changing what you eat when you get off the diet. My preference is the HCG homeopathic drops and not the shots.   If you go back to the "same old same old" food, then you will most likely l gain the weight back.  I would suggest you look at the movie "knives over forks", its on Netflix, and there are a total of 3 knives over forks on Netflix, id watch the original one first, then the other two.  all 3 are excellent.  It is a plant based diet and is extremely healthy for you!!!  If you can achieve 50% of this diet on a daily baisis, then you will be doing great.. oh, and another benefit of this diet is that people are lowering and eliminating the meds they are taking. Its ALL good!!

Please please please do your research on it.  It is such dangerous stuff.  I had a friend that tried the HCG and ended up  with Pulmonary Embolism from it.  I know it's your choice but I'd hate for another person go through that.  Just looking out for my doterra family. Even though I personally don't know you.. Slim and Sassy works if your consistent with it!!

I am currently taking the LLV Pack and PB assist. With the diet, you are supposed to eliminate all oils -- even lotions and creams. It's only for a month but I would rather not stop them if I don't have to. So I am curious if others have done the diet -- while continuing their essential oil protocols-- and had success.

By the way, tried slim & sassy but didn't get results. Health is such that I need to drop the weight FAST. After a lot of consideration, I just feel HCG is the right step for me now... So please don't try to talk me out of it :)
