I can't say with absolute certainty but I don't think that the purse
falls under that guideline. That said, if you are just wanting to recoup
what you paid for it, someone in your area or on this group would likely
want it and you wouldn't have to deal with auction fees. I know some
people bought extras as incentives for their team.
