[Everything doTERRA] Re: HCG and essential oils??

Bear in mind that on the HCG diet that you only eat 500 calories a day. So in all actual fact, that's why you lose weight, it has nothing to do with the HCG which is a hormone found in the urine of pregnant women. I was told this several years ago by a health expert much like Dr. Hill but with a different direct sales company, plus it's also on WebMD along with their comments that the FDA issued warnings for false claims against many of those that produce HCG, particularly since it isn't approved by the FDA.

If weight loss is truly your goal, then work with your doctor and eat a low cal healthy diet on your own without using HCG. Note in the WebMD article that 500 calories a day is considered a "starvation" diet.

I'm sure you know that dieting and weight loss is about lifestyle change, so the majority of the battle is fought in your head! People need to CHOOSE to change and that change will include a change to a healthy diet, and along with that people need to exercise, even if it's just walking every day. The healthy way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you ingest, and people burn calories by exercising.

That said, if you choose to believe the hype of the HCG diet, then definitely, continue with your LLV and oils.
