[Everything doTERRA] Hay Fever! Lemon vs. Lemon grass?

Wondering if anyone can tell me if its ok to substitute lemon grass for the lemon in the hay fever capsule that has lemon,lavender and pepperment in it?

We ran out of lemon, but have the lemon grass. They look like their properties are very similar.
