Adrienne....I love your advice.

Bottom line.....reduce your toxic load, internal and external. White sugar, corn syrup, white flour, artificial sweeteners, gmo products, pesticides, all bad. Stay away as best you can. The oils will help, but if a raging forest fire is burning would a pail of water put it out? No. Get to the root of the problem. Start from the inside out, then follow with the oils. GX assist 10 days 2ce a day with LLV, PB assist 2ce a day with LLV, then LLV with Terrazyme every day thereafter. Get the fire under control, then pour pails of water on it.
