[Everything doTERRA] Deep Blue Rub and high BP?

Hello,

I am trying to find out whether Deep Blue Rub will elevate a person's high blood pressure. I have a customer who tried the rub on her hip and was thrilled she wants to purchase the product, unfortunately, her blood pressure went sky high after using it and she is not sure what caused it. To be honest I am not sure how long after using it her blood pressure went up (I will ask on Thursday) but I am hoping someone has information that can help us make a wise decision. I have read that blue tansy raises low blood pressure but not sure if there is sufficient in the rub to cause the elevation.
