I have a friend with a 7 week old baby with a large congenital hemangioma on his head.  Any advice about oils and application for such a little one???

In what form was the cypress, geranium, and frankincense? Do you mix it with castor oil?

Does anyone know a protocol for reducing a vascular birthmark?  My nephew (18 months) has one just below his lip.  My sister has to take him every 6 weeks to have a laser treatment to reduce its appearance.  I couldn't find anything in Modern Essentials or on everythingessential.me.
