I agree with Pat & add - try the digestZen both internally & on the tummy. I added to water as I was concerned my daughter would not keep down a pill. If he is gassy you can add Lavender to the tummy to calm that.
A daughter just came down with it & one of the fastest things she responded to was Mellisa up the spine. If its travling fast then it's a virus & Mellisa is a heavy hitter against viruses. I also diffused Ginger & then OnGuard in her room.
Emergen-C is a good electro light replacement. Grocery stores have it in the health section if you dont have any. Keeping the fluids up is important. The loss makes them weak & it generally helps for quicker recovery if we can replace cell salts. :)
FYI- OnGuard Concentrate Cleaner does a great job diluted in a spray bottle to clean up from sickness.
