I would use the OnGuard on the foot area at least three times a day. Once you put it on the affected area it will continue working, just be consistent and even after the flare up is gone keep using it
Now here is the caveat, you are so close to giving birth that I would muscle test for using any oils as often as I have recommended. Your body will tell you what to do.
