Great great testimonial. And please please oil pull. It is amazing for your gums. I reversed gum damage by pulling and swishing and swallowing on g and Mel every single day. i had a couple pockets and they were gone when i went back six mos later. i needed no deep cleaning and they were signing me up at the previous appt. I think maybe I remember birch is good for your teeth also. I'm not sure for bone growth but I thought I heard that. Definitely oils will help in overall mouth health. Cool
