I have or have had all of them except for the specific type of anemia
although I have had anemia or low iron my whole life.
What works for me:
I take Armour thyroid (keep in mind I've had Hashimotos for over 20
years) and put Immortelle on my thyroid morning and night. If you aren't
taking thyroid meds just use the Immortelle.
Do around of GX Assist (go slow and cut back if you get symptoms). Then
start PB Assist. Unlike the the instructions on the bottle, after the 5
days continue to take them (at least one daily) and take them indefinitely.
Start LLV (Lifelong Vitality).
Drink water with lemon oil daily. (65% of your body weight in ounces).
Use oils instead of over the counter meds.
If you need to take an iron supplement I highly recommend Colorado Bio
labs Proferrin ES. I took it and there are no side effects and it works
great. I was able to discontinue taking it after 6 months on LLV and my
levels have been fine ever since.
Also I suggest some diet changes which I've attached.
