I would use both! I am 33 I always use Solace during any hormonal times. I also just started Phytoestrogen because it helps every age balance out hormones.

Hello All,I am a 37 year olds and 4 days ago I had my Mirena IUD removed and since then I have been more irratible and anxious. What should I take to help balance my hormones? Would the Solace or Women's Phytoestrogen Complex be good for me to take? Or are they more for women nearing menopausal age?--
