[Everything doTERRA] What to do after steroid treatments

Hi Everyone,

What do you recommend after someone has gone through steroid treatments?  How do you bring the body back into balance?  It seems the weight gain and inability to lose it is the biggest complaint, but I have also run across people who have developed baldness and diabetes as well.
