I've read a few threads about shingles and I'm getting confused. My 24yr old daughter is developing a painful, flat rash along the 'wing' line of her back into her armpit. She's had shingles before and recently went through a very stressful 2 weeks of law exams. There aren't any blisters yet, but I'd like to stop the progression, if I can. I've read the ME and it recommends Thyme, along with lavender and meleluca. I do not have Thyme. I've read where some recommend Purify or Melissa, but I don't have these either. Can I substitute marjoram for thyme? Or maybe oregano? Any help would be really appreciated!!
