[Everything doTERRA] Re: Mixing oils with doTerra Spa Hand & Body lotion

I try to lotion after every shower.  Depending on my mood, I have an opened bottle of EO on the counter besides me.  I put a little lotion in my hand and then 1-2 drops of the EO, then rub the body part.  I probably go through about 10 drops for the whole body.  I love doing this, and I get a little extra topical boost the day of my shower!  I usually shower every other day if I haven't worked out.  Elevation, Balance, Bergamot and Grapefruit are my favs, though I did use Aromatouch the other day as I'm fighting a cold.  It was tingly fresh and opened up my sinuses wonderfully.

This method might use a little extra oil, but I figure in repackaging I lose some lotion and oil to the sides of the other package.  Also, I tend towards least effort since self care can take a significant portion of one's day, if you let it! lol... enjoy!

I recently got some of the unscented doTerra Spa Hand & Body lotion. I want to mix in an oil before application...but was wondering if anyone had a "rule of thumb" as to how much oil is needed? I realize more for the whole body, then just the hands.
Also I was thinking about give these as a gift to introduce friends to doTerra, so I thought pre-mixing with an oil may be more "user friendly" then giving them a sample vial of oil to mix on their own.

Any ideas or advice is welcome!
Thanks!!
