Tea Tree works great, but OnGuard has stopped them from developing.
Be sure to not eat chocolate when you are fighting cold sour virus. It has the Amino Acid in it that the virus loves. Almonds are high in L-Lysine which it can't live in the presence of. Chocolate coveted almonds don't cancel out the chocolate. I've used L-Lysine to stop perpetual outbreaks for people.
