[Everything doTERRA] Mountain rose vs doTerra

Hi all.

Someone in my group is concerned about doTerra oils not being organic. They sent the following:

decided to call Mountain Rose to ask them if you can use them for internal use since their bottles say you can use them for all uses. The rep said that they do not recommend anyone using essential oils internally unless you are under the care of someone who really knows how to use them. If you do choose to use the oils internally, Mountain Rose essential oils can be used that way, but they do not recommend it since they are so potent and can cause toxicity. Also, DoTerra and Young Living (the two brands that say you can use them internally) have been sued in the past by the federal government. So as far as I'm concerned, I should probably avoid using essential oils internally anyway, but if I do need to for making toothpaste, etc. then I just need to make sure it is diluted enough. For topical use, mountain rose oils seem just as strong as doTerra. I want to order the peppermint and try it for a headache and see if it takes it away right away like with doTerra. I guess what appeals to me the most about Mountain Rose essential oils is that it is certified organic, no third party so they get them directly from different parts of the world (just like doTerra) and they cost half the price.

Please email with your responses.
