[Everything doTERRA] LVP (soy in the microplex VMZ)

I"ve been dealing with a horrible skin rash for 3 months so I've been on a gluten, soy, and dairy free diet for 6 weeks. I know that I'm allergic to soy.  I ordered the LVP vitamins not knowing that the Microplex VMZ ( food nutrient complex) has soy in it. Should I send them back, take the two without the microplex, or try it?
