Itchy ears often a result of allergy to something you have eaten. I am allergic to antibiotics and get this when I eat eggs or chicken from poultry farms that use antibiotics (most of them) or if I eat vegetables that have been treated with pesticides, fertilized with manure from nonorganic poultry farm, or that are GMO. Try to figure out if your itchy ears are related to diet. In the meantime I recommend LOTS of filtered or distiller water with lemon e.o.---at least 12 drops per quart--- the more, the better.
