[Everything doTERRA] Dog with Allergies?

I have a 85 lb Golden retriever that has severe skin issues. He has to get a cortizone shot every month to keep him from chewing on himself. He is scratching all the time. And he gets a yeast growth in his ears all the time. I have to clean and put drops in his ears 3-5 days a week.

Anything I could give him with the oils to take internally that would help or resolve these issues?
