[Everything doTERRA] Detoxification

Cilantro:  do you suggest using this for detoxification -- how many drops in a veggie capsule and how many per day for what length of time?  Do you also think this would take care of pain in mouth when eating cold or hot food?  My daughter had 10 filllings done at one time months ago and still has much pain in her mouth.  If you do not think Cilantro will do it, which oil would you suggest? Any help would be appreciated!!
