I have bought all four of these and was wondering if someone could suggest a good protocol. I am also going to be taking Phytoestrogen since I am desperately trying to regulate my unbalanced hormones that are causing my heavy/painful cycle.
I wonder if I should take the PB/GX first for a few weeks followed by the Zendocrine/Terrazyme afterwards for a few more weeks or if I should take everything at once.
Help!!!
