I have someone who needs some information. She was breast-feeding her six-month-old baby, and the doctor gave her penicillin shot without explaining what it was. She's a young mom and didn't realize it was penicillin. Her baby is allergic to penicillin so she had to quit breast-feeding cold turkey. Does anyone have any ideas for helping with the transition? On the plus side, she's very interested in the oils now! I suggested peppermint since it is contraindicated for breast-feeding, and told her to apply it topically. Any other ideas?
