Yes, take probiotics DAILY! It's crucial when detoxing metals.  Metals are highly acidic and will kill off good bacteria. Take some fiber too and ideally enemas or colonics to help move the metals out faster.  You don't want them in your bowels for any longer than they have to be.  Zeolite is great but I cannot recommend any sources at the moment since my only reliable and safe source went out of business.
